Due to the nature of the items we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Generally we've bought materials needed for your order and already personalized your item.

We only issue refund if the mistake and the fault is on us. If the product is damaged during shipment, you will receive store credit and a replacement will be shipped to you. Please note you will be responsible for shipping fees.

Please make sure that the shipping address provided is correct.


Refunds are NOT provided for packages that are delivered to the wrong address or delayed. 

We can NOT guarantee any shipping times. We do not take any responsibility for any delivery delays due to USPS.
