Due to the nature of the items we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Generally we've already personalized your item and bought materials needed for your order.
We only issue refund if the mistake and the fault is on us. If the product is damaged during shipment, you will receive store credit and a replacement will be shipped to you. Please note you will be responsible for shipping fees.
