Shipping policy

All orders ship within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, as they depend on the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) once the package leaves our facility.

Expedited shipping upgrades the carrier's service level but does not guarantee a specific delivery date. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not eligible for refunds.

For time-sensitive orders, we recommend placing orders at least 5-7 business days before your event. Party Creationz is not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier's possession.
